Kelowna’s Bantam Boys hockey team took home the silver this weekend at the International Children’s Winter Games held in Ufa Russia with a strong 5 wins and 1 loss record. Kelowna Chiefs Strike First in OT

It took overtime, but the Kelowna Chiefs held serve on Tuesday night, winning Game One of their playoff series with the Osoyoos Coyotes after a goal by Nick Josephs in the extra frame. The Okanagan Rockets of the BC Major Midget league will host the Valley West Hawks (Langley) in quarterfinal playoff action beginning on Friday at the Royal LePage Place in West Kelowna.
