Sarah Casorso An All-Canadian

Kelowna minor hockey league grad and UBC Thunderbirds women’s hockey player Sarah Casorso were named CIS First-Team All-Canadians  at the CIS women’s hockey banquet in Fredericton, NB last week.

Casorso in her fourth-year with the Thunderbirds, was named a CIS First-Team All-Canadian after a stellar season with the ‘Birds. She led the Canada West in scoring by a defenceman with 19 points (6 goals, 13 assists) and was a +2 on the year logging major minutes on the blue line playing in every situation.
