Sports Drive Spotlight – Braxton Bunce

Braxton is a grade 12 senior at Kelowna Senior Secondary (KSS) who would lead the Owls boys basketball team to the #1 seed at the BC Provincial championships in 2012. 

The Owls didn’t reach their goal of winning the Provincial gold this season, however a number of players had individual success.  One such player was Braxton Bunce, recently named the best boys basketball player in BC.

Braxton will take his talents to the Ivy League in the fall and attend Cornell University.  Braxton had a number of quality offers from large NCAA schools, but settled on Cornell ultimately because of academics.
