Sports Drive Spotlight: Dawson Yates

Ryan Watters shines the Sports Drive Spotlight on Okanagan Athletics infielder Dawson Yates.

Yates, a third baseman for the A’s was recently named the BCPBL’s Player of the Week after finishing with an .800 batting average in three games against Parksville.  He had two doubles, four walks, four stolen bases and an on-base-percentage (OBP) of .846.

Going into this weekend, the A’s are 9-3 and at the top of the BCPBL.
