The Ryan Watters Show – Brady Mende

Entering his third season, Brady Mende has been named an Assistant Captain with the Kelowna Chiefs.

The Winfield native scored 34 goals and 82 points last year.  He joined the Chiefs in the 2011-2012 season and has played his way into getting the respect from his teammates at 5’7 and 150 pounds.

The Chiefs open the season on September 12 on the road in Summerland, before their home opener on Saturday September 13 when they host the Golden Rockets.

Ryan caught up with Mende on a day that hockey is far from most people’s minds …
